ParentWell is a digital parental monitoring platform that allows parents/guardians to monitor their minor children's device activity, including app usage, location, web browsing, screen time, and communications metadata. The service is intended solely for lawful parental supervision of minor children.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the service only to monitor children for whom you are the legal parent or guardian
• Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding monitoring
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring age-appropriate use and disclosure of monitoring to your children as required by law

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to:

• Monitor any person who is not your minor child
• Stalk, harass, or conduct surveillance on adults
• Violate any applicable privacy or surveillance laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Free plans provide basic monitoring features with limited devices. Premium plans offer extended features. Plan details and pricing are available within the application. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or failure to detect harmful content or activity.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
